Terms of Service
By purchasing a commission from me, you automatically agree and consent to the following conditions:
>> Commissions are for personal use only. This includes profile pictures, banners, personal prints, etc.>> You may not use the commissioned piece to make profit. This includes reselling, distributing, making prints, making NFTs, ect.)>> You may not use my art in any published material, including free material, on any online or physical marketplace.>> You may not use the commissioned piece for commercial purposes.>> You may not alter the commissioned piece without consent of the artist (Me)>> You ARE NOT ALLOWED to use the commissioned piece to train AI. You may not color it with AI or alter my works with AI
>> you are required to credit me if you decide to upload the commissioned piece on any platform>> i own all rights to the commissioned piece. I am allowed to post it to my social media and include it in my portfolio.>> Fanart commissions with characters from any game/show/series/etc. may be used by me to create merchandise.
the process
>> you can contact me on discord, instagram, or bluesky if you’d like to discuss a commission or you can go through my ko-fi and put the details in your purchase form>> Visual references are required. Extra details about the characters are recommended! (this does not apply to customs)>> I will provide 2 updates on the artwork. This includes the base sketch and flat colors. Otherwise, you will not hear from me unless you reach out first or if I have a question. If you would like to track progress on your piece daily, please use my trello link on the main menu (labeled queue).>> Once I finish flat colors (if applicable), I will send it to you and there are three (3) revisions you may request. These three (3) revisions DO NOT include alteration of color scheme>> because I am colorblind, you may ask for a change regarding the color scheme whenever (even after the commissioned piece is finished!!)>> I receive payment upfront, before I begin your commission>> payment is via ko-fi or paypal only>> If for any reason you need to cancel your commission, I will only refund if I have not started on the piece. Otherwise, you will only receive a 50% refund.
